To ensure maximum quality and customer satisfaction, we recommend the following handling for Eli’s Cheesecakes and Desserts:

STORAGE:

Whole Cheesecakes, Eli's Cuties, Tray Desserts, Cakes and Tarts:
Frozen: Eli’s Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0°F) for up to 9 months.
Refrigerated: Once thawed, Eli’s Cheesecakes can be stored covered up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Eli's desserts that can be stored and served at room temparature for up to 5 days once thawed are: Carrot Cake, Old-Fashioned Triple Chocolate Cake, Fudge Brownie, 7-Layer Bar, Raspberry Macaroon Bar and Pecan Bar.

Bakery/Deli Desserts (7" and 8" Domes):
Frozen: Eli’s Bakery/Deli (7" and 8" Dome) Desserts can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0°F) for up to 9 months.
Refrigerated: Once thawed, Eli’s Bakery/Deli Desserts can be stored, covered, up to 5 days in the refrigerator.


Single Serve Slices:
Frozen: Eli’s Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0°F) for up to 9 months.
Refrigerated: Once thawed, Eli’s Single Serve can be stored up to 7 days in the refrigerator.


HANDLING:
To serve, remove thawed dessert from box and remove shrink wrap, if applicable. Remove Eli's slices and tray desserts using an offset spatula and plate immediately. If you are displaying whole cakes, remove from the package and plate while frozen.
For picture-perfect results, Eli's desserts are best to cut when frozen or slightly thawed (approximately 20-30 minutes at room temperature). Use a sharp 10"-12" chef's knife. Dip knife into hot water before each cut and wipe the knife clean after each cut for best results.
 

ELI'S ONE EIGHTIES - WARMING INSTRUCTIONS:

Thaw before using in refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours).

ALL ONE EIGHTY DESSERTS  (except Caramel Flan Cheesecake): Remove outer wrap. Microwave on HIGH for  30-40 seconds (45 seconds for Apple Souffle Cake) or bake in 350° F oven for 15-20 minutes, until product reaches an internal temperature of 140° F. Invert onto plate, remove container and serve immediately.

CARAMEL FLAN CHEESECAKE: Remove outer wrap.  Microwave on HIGH for about 10 seconds OR place container into a pan of  hot water, about 2 inches deep, for about 30 seconds. Invert onto a plate, remove container and serve immediately.  We recommend serving this product cold; instructions above aid to remove product from container and to warm the caramel baked inside.
